Cst. Steve Dhaliwal is a Neighbourhood Police Officer (NPO) from Vancouver Police Department.   He is on duty Monday through Thursday at SVCPC office, and attends our Outreach Office, KDSCPO (Khalsa Diwan Society Community Police Office) on Sundays.
