Emergency Services Blood Donation Challenge

The 8th Annual Sirens for Life (formerly known as Emergency Services Blood Challenge) is well under way and we need your help. This is a yearly event pitting all emergency services agencies against one another in a race to see who can donate the most blood. We won the title in 2002 and 2003, but were edged out by the firefighters in 2004 and 2005. We regained our title last year and with your help we will be able to win again this year.

Please join me in this worthy cause by donating blood as part of our team. When signing in at any of the clinics all you have to do is say you are on the VPD Team for Sirens for Life Challenge. Contest closes on August 26th.

Your support is very much appreciated. If you have any questions please call the VPD Event Co-ordinator Georgina Spencer at 604-717-2806.
